Our Journey
Utthan Sewa Samiti was born out of compassion and a deep sense of social responsibility during one of the most challenging times in recent history — the COVID-19 pandemic. As strict lockdowns brought the world to a standstill, countless laborers and daily-wage workers found themselves struggling for basic necessities. Moved by their plight, a group of dedicated social workers came together with a single mission: to stand by those in distress when it mattered the most.
In the heart of Delhi, with movement severely restricted, our volunteers stepped up to provide essential food assistance to the most vulnerable communities. What began as a small relief effort soon grew into a larger movement driven by humanity and hope.
Encouraged by the positive impact of our early efforts, Utthan Sewa Samiti deepened its involvement in addressing various social issues. Over time, our initiatives expanded beyond immediate relief to long-term support and empowerment programs aimed at uplifting the underprivileged.
Today, we take immense pride in the journey we’ve undertaken and the lives we’ve touched. Our commitment remains strong — to continue serving society with dedication, compassion, and an unwavering spirit of unity.
